Detrik was great to work with and veto knowledgeable, however, there were many points of miscommunication through the process. When scheduling it was not made clear the work could not be done that evenin however, there were many points of miscommunication through the process. When scheduling it was not made clear the work could not be done that evening so I had to make a plan to leave work in time to pick up my vehicle the following day. Then among pick-up, the delivered product was not what I was expecting. I asked the woman that scheduled my call to make sure the tint on the window was going to match and she assured me it would. Once getting my car back there was no tint. Detrik did offer a reimbursement which helps, however I will still have to find time to now get my window tinted. More
