Alan Webb Mazda did an amazing job servicing my car. They were able to get off all of the tough hard water spots on my car and put the protective coating on it to prevent it from getting more. I have a Mazda 6 that has a VERY expensive battery. I called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, the called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, there was a $31 charge for installation. The service writer said that she feels bad for people who have to pay so much for a battery and discounted the service charge. I didn’t ask for this, she just did it. I had reservations about going to this dealership for service because of prior experience, but I’ll be going back again. More
