I was initially quoted 7k to replace the head gasket, then told it was 14k. The advisor kept calling me "hun", and tried to get me to the sales department to consider a new car since the cost to fix my v then told it was 14k. The advisor kept calling me "hun", and tried to get me to the sales department to consider a new car since the cost to fix my vehicle is prohibitive. Awful service, unprofessional advisor (never call customers 'hun'). Wasn't even offered courtesy service because my car had just gone over 100k miles. Never again. More
