Sales reps were great (we worked with Tsewong and Fiorella over two visits). Absolutely LOVE our vehicle!! Mostly though, we’re frustrated that we bought a Certified Used Vehicle which means it is supposed to meet certain standards and come with certain equipment, and this was not honored. For example, we were only given one key fob (not the two guaranteed), the vehicle had no owner’s manual, and the dealership refused to activate our free Subaru Starlink trial. We’ve reached out several times to various dealership contacts about these issues and been ignored. More

Sales are shady. They "force" you to buy aftermarket parts and "factory accessories" by saying that they are already installed and they can't remove them. None of this is on the car description or discussed during intial review of options. They just add it right at the last minute so you need to go over the final sales very carefully, something they try to hurry you through, in order to catch eveything. Service guys are equally vague with diagnostic but ready to charge a lot for their work. I really wish that I walked out at the last minute as they care they sold has been a nightmare. More
