Tire sensor lights still unresolved and we have to bring the truck back. This is a big inconvenience as we live a minimum of 45 minutes away, with traffic could be an hour. Wondering if the oil was even changed. Ever time we had the 4runner in for service it's incomplete or the issue is not addressed. We received a text the technicians were having an issue with the key, when I asked what the issue was no one knew and nothing documented. Concerning! More

The service person was very nice and took care of warranty and explained a continuing issue I’ve had and repeatedly brought car in about. Finally I was told that I had to very often reconnect my warranty and explained a continuing issue I’ve had and repeatedly brought car in about. Finally I was told that I had to very often reconnect my apple car play through the phone app on car because there is interference from the Apple Watch. And resolution is to turn off watch when using Apple car play. Really? That’s ridiculous. Suburu needs to fix this important software issue. More
