James told me the wrong thing. I asked about the sensors in the back were not beeping when backing up he said it was par t of my recall. Which it was NOT true. Victoria was very kind and great with customer service. I initially brought my car in for a squeaky dash and drivers seat as well as the driver seat bolstering was crushed and the vehicle only had 11k mile I initially brought my car in for a squeaky dash and drivers seat as well as the driver seat bolstering was crushed and the vehicle only had 11k miles. I had a problem with the transmission in my 2016 Forester, that I bought 3 years ago. I was not even aware that the trans was still covered under warranty, but Albany Subaru informed me of that and Forester, that I bought 3 years ago.
