I almost did not come back because the last time I had a service- it felt so haphazard, and there were a bunch of new people. This time we discovered that the cabin filter was missing! He was going to charg service- it felt so haphazard, and there were a bunch of new people. This time we discovered that the cabin filter was missing! He was going to charge me and I said, but you guys are the only ones who worked on this. He didn't charge.. but this makes me a bit worried about what else wasn't taken care of! More

Overall it was a good service. I came in with an appointment of both diagnosis and regular maintenance. However, regular maintenance was not done when I picked up the car. There was no checking for this need given the record. In addition, the problem of front hood that randomly open is not uncommon. A simple search in google can generate a lot of insight. The front desk called the problem strange. More
