Usually a good experience except last two times with James Madison. Simple tasks done wrong. Could have been tech people too-releasing car without checking it. I had a flat tire on a Saturday, I came into Albany Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi- Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi-point inspection.
