I purchased a 5 yr maintenance service agreement. S/b thought of as a good customer. 2 of the items on inspection were flagged yellow yet no one advised me of such. Victoria helpfully explained that I could consider a new service contract since my 3 year contract has ended. She also advised on choice of 3 express services, based on what was appropriate for car as it h service contract since my 3 year contract has ended. When calling for an appointment this time, the lady was more helpful about what service was needed. compared to some past calls I've made. At my age I'm driving many, many fewer miles than in years past, so it's always a question whether to get yet another short express service or finally have a more intensive service. My impression is that there has been staff turnover or some new management. It looks promising, and I've been a client for ages! More
