Dan explained what to expect when I brought my car in. At first, the main problem went undetected by diagnostic tests. On the way home, the problem started up again and I called Dan and we agreed that I would bring the car back and leave it for the next day and they'd give me a loaner. Dan called me the next morning and told me that the problem was now showing up on the diagnostics and what was needed to fix it. We had a wonderful conversation regarding the cost and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I have worked with several of the front desk people in the service department and all of them are kind, considerate and friendly. More
