The mechanical part of my visit was ok. The overall experience needs work. I never got phone updates like you get when you wait for your vehicle. I had to chase down status. Dealership service centers as a whole are outrageously expensive compared to independent mechanics. Non of my vehicles go to the dealer after the warranty expires.
