The experience was better than my last. I don’t know when things need to be replaced & when. I went from being told that I needed gaskets & filter changes to being asked what I wanted d I don’t know when things need to be replaced & when. One memorable example was when I booked for my 6 monthly service & was asked what I needed done so I agreed to an oil change. I assumed anything else would require a consent from me. The guy told me that a tyre rotation was done also, but I told him I had it done 2 weeks ago (new wheels had been replaced by an outside company) to which he said, “I was only trying to help you!” As he walked away. This new management seems promising, and Michael was very kind & respectful. More

I used to trust this dealership. But in the last year my experiences with the service department have been less than exceptional. The customer service rep on the phone was rude to me But in the last year my experiences with the service department have been less than exceptional. The customer service rep on the phone was rude to me when I called back to say my car would barely start after just spending $550 for a battery, oil change (… didn’t change my little sticker), and cabin air filter. Not to mention, although they did give me a loaner there was no follow up at the end of the day to tell me that they were going to have to keep my car overnight and look at it in the morning. Turns out the reason my car was having trouble starting was the that Starter was about to go. It should have been pretty obvious that the issue wasn’t resolved by replacing the battery, as it literally didn’t want to start after I left there and ran into the grocery store. They had to have had to turn it on at least 3 times while having it, and it had trouble for me beforehand literally every time you tried to start it. Not sure if it was neglect or incompetence that i experienced but i was really disappointed. More
