I'm sure Alexandria Volkswagen is a decent dealership but my sales rep wasn't very good. Just about every action had to be initiated and followed up by me multiple times. It took two months, a few visits in person, and about a dozen requests (verbal and written) for them to send me the completed paperwork. Each time I requested the paperwork he had some excuse that someone had to put it on a flash drive and they weren't there or someone from finance will get ahold of me, and the managers were always unavailable. When my tags came in, I went back to the dealer to pick them up. One of the rear screw mounts was messed up so the same unhelpful sales rep mounted the rear plate with only one screw. I had to find a different person to fix the mount. I was going to purchase a second vehicle from them but have decided to go elsewhere. More
