Customer service was terrible. I was taken to the cashier so I could pay out. The cashier did not acknowledge me until she was done stapling some papers and organizing some things. She could have at least said one moment or something nope nothing. Then she looks at me and point at the card reader so I insert my card to pay. During this time she is on the phone talking about her personal drama. I complete the transaction and she gives me my receipt as she continues talking on the phone never speaking to me at all. More

Sharon was the best! I was inquiring about a 2017 Mercedes and told her I didn’t want to come in without getting pre approved.
