Good receptionist but bad service. had an appointment at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. They “forgot” to rotate tires and truck wasn’t done until 4:30pm. Purchased used vehicle online through Driveway. com. The dealer (All American Chevy) listed the mileage as 7929. On the Title Reassignment it showed 8012. When I received the vehicle, I discovere com. The dealer (All American Chevy) listed the mileage as 7929. On the Title Reassignment it showed 8012. When I received the vehicle, I discovered that the actual mileage was 13,617! They had been going off the odometer's Trip A mileage (a rookie mistake). A dealer should know better. More

Twice I took my truck there for routine maintenance and twice I had check engine light and TRP light on. Last time I went techs didn’t even put back the oil cap they just left it wedged between the hood l twice I had check engine light and TRP light on. Last time I went techs didn’t even put back the oil cap they just left it wedged between the hood latch. I don’t recommend this place at all. More
