All American Chevrolet of Midland - Service Center

Got a car that was supposed to be ready for pick up the same evening when we got there to sign, was in the shop for service, 2 weeks later, still no car, they had to wind up putting 2 tires, repairing the same evening when we got there to sign, was in the shop for service, 2 weeks later, still no car, they had to wind up putting 2 tires, repairing the ac, oil change and Lube, and replace a broken rear view mirror. Finally after over 2 weeks, they were bringing the car to us just to have that mirror they replaced fall off and the ac not working. We’re not very satisfied and if they make things right as I have asked, the review could change. But as of now, poor, poor service. More
