No after sale service Bought another truck from this dealership. Really like the Ram trucks. Got several 4 wheel shift in process at 75 MPH. A little unnerving and a little frustrating since I bought the truck just 5 months ago. Called the service department and got the standard bring it in and leave it with us for a couple of weeks and we will see what we can do. Well that would be fine if I had another truck that I could use since this is my work truck. Not really willing to leave it somewhere and have to make the payment on it and have to rent another truck to work with. Can't rent a 3500 dually on just any street corner and I'm making a payment on the one that they have setting there. I understand that they really want to sell but I think that they should give those of us that have bought as good as possible. Really feel like once we buy they don't want to see us again. The sales department works hard to sell and the service department just doesn't seem to be on that same level. More

Fast Response I received notification of a safety recall for my Ram. I called the service center and they said to bring it right in and they would take care of it. Asked to have mechanic is a paper mat to avoid grease on carpet. Assured he would and watched him get in my truck with no mat. When truck was ready I have grease or oil on carpet and molding again. Oil change Purchased truck at dealership which came with oil change. Told them they didn't tighten the oil filter and could they check to make sure done this tim Purchased truck at dealership which came with oil change. Told them they didn't tighten the oil filter and could they check to make sure done this time. They did and had to take it back to tighten oil filter. Then we discussed how they had failed to do so and was accused of taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Why would I do this. I already paid to have it done here. Be careful they call you liars.
