Quick, Courteous, and Wonderful. I reached out to Cody online to explain exactly what I was looking for. The next morning I arrived around 9 am to get my trade-in appraised. I pulled off the lot with my new Jeep around 11:30. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff was attentive and receptive to my needs. They understood my time issues and took care of my family as they came in with another one of my vehicles that had 5 recalls on it. The handled that with amazing care as well. I'm seriously considering trading in my daughter's 2013 Benz just so that the entire family has Dodges/Jeeps so we only have one dealership to deal with. Thanks again for the great experience. More

Horrible I brought my Jeep in so it could be looked at for a rattle I was hearing underneath. I dropped it off at 7am, so around 11 I called to check on the pr I brought my Jeep in so it could be looked at for a rattle I was hearing underneath. I dropped it off at 7am, so around 11 I called to check on the progress. They had not even looked at it yet. They finally called me at 5pm telling me what they think was the problem, but explained that I could drive it until parts came in. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I got in to find my head rest broken! It had absolutely nothing to do with why I took my Jeep in! They ended up having to order my head rest, taking a full week before it came in and another 3 hours of my time to get it dropped off and fixed. Every single time I have ever had to use this dealership, it’s been a horrible experience! I will take my vehicle out of town for service going forward. More
