I’ve had my truck in the service department going on 5 times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me because this truck is a LEMON. Oh & each time it was at the dealership they kept it a week. That means I was out of work for a week I’m a business owner and I need my truck to make a living. Never once did Chrysler or Dodge offer me a truck to drive while mine was down. I’m sick of this & Chrysler needs to get in touch with me so we can discuss getting me another truck & compensation for my lost time.
