Bad sales experience I dealt with JoJo on a purchase for 3 weeks of a Ram ProMaster van that was in service and was told he could not sell it to me until it was done I spo I dealt with JoJo on a purchase for 3 weeks of a Ram ProMaster van that was in service and was told he could not sell it to me until it was done I spoke to him nearly daily for 3 weeks 2 days before the vehicle was sold out from underneath me I contact A Jojo and was told we were moving forward van was being readied for me and I could send a deposit. I called the next day and told I would be getting my airline ticket and that I would be sending a deposit no one got back to me another day went by I never heard from JoJo so I called and he told me that unfortunately the van had been sold by another sales person without his knowledge. I received no phone calls. I called the dealers management one week ago and have not heard from them. For 600 extra dollars I guess a dealership will give up on their customer satisfaction and service. I bought a very similar van at a dealership in San Antonio called Auto SA Texas for a much better price. I do not recommend this dealership at all More

Excessively long wait On May 13th I submitted my vehicle for major repairs, picked up July 31, the day after it was ready. I received no communication from dealership for the whole duration what so ever, on progress, issues or estimated time of completion, until the day it was ready to be picked up. Now I am being asked for feedback. Out of the 10 or so calls I received from my insurance adjuster she was unable to reach Jason most of the time, and received no response to her messages, which hindered me from getting any information about my truck. I finally spoke to Candy and within a day she had an update for me. I feel communication with your customers is key when you have their property in your procession. We should expect nothing less. More
