Came to get my brakes done here because I usually get my oils change done and I have never had any issues and the staff has always been awesome.y vehicle is my work vehicle so I asked before dropping it off oils change done and I have never had any issues and the staff has always been awesome.y vehicle is my work vehicle so I asked before dropping it off if it could be done that same day. They stated yes and that it should be a 2 hour job. I said ok. If I would have know it would have been such an issue I would have never done it here. It took over 2 full days to get it back. Due to several different issues. From the part having to be ordered, then re ordered because they were missing components in the first order. To the mechanic not actually knowing how to do the brakes on my truck and introducing air back into the lines after the job was almost completed. To having several codes come back on the truck when restart due to the mechanic not disconnecting the battery then having it to take it to another shop to get the codes cleared and re-inspected. The Mechanic coordinator was very apologetic about it and reduced the price of the repairs but after some many issues it was honestly a bad experience and would not have done it then here if I had the slightest idea I would have had that many issues with it. More

They keep the vehicle or 2 weeks before it was even looked at, and no communication on their part. We had to keep checking in. Then it was another 2 weeks before we got it back.
