Review I was planning to change to a different dealership due to All Star having one of the absolute worst service departments I have ever had to interact wi I was planning to change to a different dealership due to All Star having one of the absolute worst service departments I have ever had to interact with. Tim Hoxworth was my service advisor yesterday, and thanks to him, I will give this dealership another chance. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and very happy to help. I have only had that experience in this dealership once or twice before. The customer interface is terrible at this place. The approach to service is from the 90's. We're a different customer now and with the level of sophistication that these vehicles have, you can't expect us to know what needs to be done. You could be much nicer, welcoming, and consultative for starters. But, kudos to Tim, he was great yesterday! More
