As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about getting a vehicle. I was lucky enough to be referred to Jeff Ross on the sales team. The whole experience was incredibly easy. Jeff worked with me on getting a vehicle. I was lucky enough to be referred to Jeff Ross on the sales team. The whole experience was incredibly easy. Jeff worked with me on specs and what car was right for me. When I was apprehensive about getting my 2019 Equinox, David Cane called me personally to talk real numbers and what I would be paying monthly. That really put my mind at ease. I would recommend to anyone to talk to the team at Allen Turner Chevrolet. They’re there to put you in the best position, not to just throw you in a car. Jeff Ross was honest with me when I was negotiating and kept everything transparent. He was a total professional without being intimidating. He was never pushy with me which is a huge bonus in my book. Jeff let me make the decision, he was there to help with pricing. I loved my experience and will absolutely go back for any car I need. I walked in to Allen Turner yesterday afternoon looking to buy a truck. As I entered the front door, the first person I encountered was Dallas Moody. I asked him if I could speak with a Sales Associate, an to buy a truck. As I entered the front door, the first person I encountered was Dallas Moody. I asked him if I could speak with a Sales Associate, and he responded with an unmistakable scowl and in a condescending tone “what for”? I was immediately thrown off by his poor display of customer service, so I responded with “to buy a xxxxing vehicle”. He then completely changed his tone and demeanor, smiled, put his hands together and said “oh I can help you with that”. Again, all of this processed at once, why would he great me so negatively only to then completely reverse course once I let him know I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. In any regard, I paused for a second and asked if there was someone else who could help me. He looked confused, almost dumbfounded, turned his head to the side and said “what’s that”. I replied with “you know, like a different person” and he said “oh sure” and took me over to another group of sales agents and asked “Jeff” if he could assist me. Jeff is a newer agent, but was polite, courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions. I decided to purchase the 2021 Silverado “Trail Boss” and I’m quite pleased with my pick, I’m even happier that Ebenezer Scrooge won’t be getting the commission from the sale. More
