Called to get an oil change, they said come in. Everything will be smooth and easy, 1 Hr - 1:30 max. Got there, they gave me a slip to wait. Waiting hour and 15 minutes. For them to say I haven’t yet checked in, they needed to verify if they have filters for the eco diesel, then came back and was told they do not have the oil needed to do the oil change.
