Chris Beto was our 'concierge' through this purchase and we are so happy to have been with him. Chris was informative on all of the features of all the different models we looked at. He had many recommendations and helped us feel comfortable with all the questions we had. We went back and forth on a couple models and he let us know what ones fit what we were looking for without being pushy. He definitely put his attention on making sure we were comfortable with our decision and during the purchase. After one of our test drives Matt Jensen came outside to show us some different features he uses on his Lexus. Matt also helped with getting our purchase where we were comfortable. Ben Bleed helped us with our warranties and was able to go over the great amount of services Lexus offers. Ben had answers for the many different scenarios we had questions on and was very comfortable to work with. Once we made the purchase Chris took the time to also get in the car with us and teach us all the ins and outs that our new car offers. But what is even better is how wonderful I have been treated after the fact when getting routine service/maintenance. It is a great feeling when you call and not only do they know your name but eager to assist you with any questions or concerns. The last thing I would like to add is trust. Great Patience Al Smith was our salesman. He was very patient with us while we made up our mind if we could make the purchase. He did a great job explaining how a Pr Al Smith was our salesman. He did a great job explaining how a Prius worked and he even took the time to set up our phones to work and play Pandora. Rick Stout worked hard to get us a deal we felt comfortable with, and then he gave us time to go home and think it over.
