Frank didn't make me feel uncomfortable or under pressure once during my car shopping experience, which seems to be a very difficult trait to find in a car salesman based off of my experiences at other dealerships. He sensed that the last thing that I needed was a "hard sale". I told Steve what I wanted and he made it happen. I walked out after purchasing the car that I wanted and felt that I got a "fair" price both on my Lexus trade-in and for my new Lexus. We had a good idea of what we wanted but stopped by Lexus of Rockford while passing through town "just to look." We worked with Keith, and he helped us find exactly what we wanted on the lot. We didn't want it to get away, so we completed the deal. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although it was a somewhat lengthy process (or possibly we were just tired from shopping for furniture with/for my parents in the morning), Keith was very considerate of our time. This is our second Lexus but first from Lexus of Rockford. We would definitely recommend Keith! Also a shout out to John the finance guy! More
