This was (by FAR) the best car buying experience I have ever had (this is my fourth time buying a car). Matt was a great person to work with in buying my Prius, he was very knowledgeable and when he didn't ever had (this is my fourth time buying a car). Working with Derrick Johnson on the financing was great as well, he was reasonable and able to help where I needed it. Andrew's employees are professional, friendly and efficient. We had been to several other Toyota dealers and were disappointed in the knowledge and service. Some were reluctant to answer questions we efficient. We had been to several other Toyota dealers and were disappointed in the knowledge and service. Some were reluctant to answer questions we had and in a couple of cases we were given inaccurate info. This may have been intentional or just laziness. We got a prompt quote from Peter online, talked briefly over the phone and went to Andrews. They gave us a good price on a new Highlander and an okay price on our trade-in. What impressed us was the fact that they didn't give us a low price on the new car and then make it all back in the trade-in. Peter did an excellent job of making sure we had the correct facts and didn't promise anything he could'nt deliver. All in all, we would highly recommend them and will return in the future even though it's 100 miles away. More
