This was my first visit, solely for an oil change, and unfortunately the technician managed to spill oil over the engine block requiring a considerable clean-up with "break-free", which produced quite an unfortunately the technician managed to spill oil over the engine block requiring a considerable clean-up with "break-free", which produced quite an intense and unpleasant aroma in my vehicle. However, the service staff were very upfront about the error, explained it to me and displayed their cleaning effort, and offered to cover the cost of the oil change, which I appreciated. So while surprised at the error for a basic service requirement, I was very pleased with the effort of the service staff to make it right, and their honesty, and will certainly consider returning for future service, as both my vehicles are Hyundai products.
