I have purchased 3 Elantras from this dealer to date. I recently sent a friend there and he also purchased a Santa Fe.I have been generally very satisfied with the service/staff over the years. Recently, I went to the service dept for an oil change,etc. I also had a brake warning indicator display that came on. It was adusted and I went on. Next day the warning returned & I returned again & it was adjusted once more. Next day it returned & I called service once more to try & leave it in to be properly fixed. When I called in I could not get Jacob ,but the person on the service phone told me I would have to wait for 2 days t o return for a proper diagnosis & fix. This is NOT acceptable. I suggest that your service dept have a policy of priority for maintenance returns on previously repaired vehicles. I must say that when Jacob was aware of my problem, he repaired it and it has stayed fixed! More

I researched 4 dealers on western shore and found a vehicle I liked at Annapolis Shore, local dealers seemed to have limited stock for 2020 Santa Fe.
