112K Mile Servicing On 01/23/2020 I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for it's 112K mile servicing. Appointment was easy to get when I wanted it. As usual, the Service Writer, Jacob Swaim, did an outstanding job explaining the work to be done and the cost. He got me in and out efficiently. The work was done professionally and the car was washed at no extra cost. I bought my 2009 Hyundai from Annapolis Hyundai and have always had it serviced as recommended at the dealership. As a result I have never had one problem with the car. Jacob is a great person to deal with, He is honest and friendly and always does what he can to accommodate the customer. More

Great Service Jacob Swaim made the entire experience so pleasant from beginning to end. Very friendly and pleasant as well as informative. We were there to get a part replaced under warranty but the mechanics noted that we also needed an oil change - Jacob called to ask if we wanted that done as well but absolutely no pressure to do so. They also took care of a recall part replacement that we weren't aware of. Saved us multiple trips back to have car service. Price was very much in line for oil change/maintenance. Jacob kept us informed on time frames and costs. I normally hate dealing with dealerships but I wouldn't hesitate to use Annapolis Hyundai again for service on the vehicle. As a note I had contacted another Hyundai dealership in Glen Burnie that was closer to me but they never even returned my two calls or answered my email - so glad that diverted me to contacting Annapolis Hyundai instead.
