Extremely knowledgeable of the brand and very honest with recommendations on trim levels, etc. He truly wanted to see me go home in the car I loved. They even took me over to introduce me to the Service Dept so I'd be familiar when it's time for oil changes/service. Every staff member was friendly and polite. It's very easy to see why this dealership and service dept are top-rated! We'll recommend to our friends! More

Salespeople are real with you, and not pushy I had a great experience earlier today at Annapolis Hyundai. I was able to work with Charles and his manager, Dave, to help me get the car that I rea I had a great experience earlier today at Annapolis Hyundai. I was able to work with Charles and his manager, Dave, to help me get the car that I really wanted at the price I could afford. Charles was reasonable and did a great job explaining everything to me in great detail, and at no point did I feel pressured or experience any stereotypical car-salesman schtick. Dave even went above and beyond and was able to meet me outside of office hours to deliver my temp plates, saving me a two-hour round trip back to the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Annapolis Hyundai! More

His quote came in lower than the other (unnamed) car buying services and there were no back and forth trips to the manager involved.
