Fast and Easy Car buying! I started out looking at used cars at another Hyundai dealership and decided that it would probably be better to buy new. I needed some time to think I started out looking at used cars at another Hyundai dealership and decided that it would probably be better to buy new. I needed some time to think about it but the dealership decided to do the hard sale which I am NOT a fan of. I went to CarMax just to make sure I wanted to buy new and after seeing their mark up, I knew new was the way to go. I reached out to Annapolis Hyundai to see if they could help me. Charles was very knowledgeable, gave me ideas on what I could think about and let me take my time making my decision. I had to come back on Monday to finish my transaction (only because I showed up to the dealership an hour before they closed and I chose to come back when I had more time) but everything went smoothly. Even the financial processing only took a few minutes. Charles was great explaining all the features of the car to my daughters and we left feeling like we made a good purchase, got a good deal and was treated well. We've even received emails making sure all was going well. Would most definitely shop with Annapolis Hyundai again! More

Outstanding Service I took my car to a tire dealer to repair a tire that was losing air. They would charge $38.00 if they could fix it. According to them, there was a nail in the tread to close the edge to fix. Their options for remediation were very limited, so I asked them to fill the tire with air. I then took it to Annapolis Hyundai at 5:30 p.m. and left it with a note and the key. The next day Jacob called to say that they had found a screw, patched it, water tested it, and washed it, The bill was $24.95 and today the tire is still full of air. I frequently take the car for air in tires and they have always been unfailingly cooperative, efficient, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with—even though they perform the service at no charge. In short, GREAT SERVICE! More
