Paul Brookman is Amazing and the Others were Great Too! I first talked to Paul Brookman in September, 2018. I had been waiting for an Ioniq Hybrid for 5 months. The dealership that I had been working wit I first talked to Paul Brookman in September, 2018. I had been waiting for an Ioniq Hybrid for 5 months. The dealership that I had been working with never returned my calls or seemed interested in having my business. In frustration I began calling every dealership that we could travel to in one day. I told everyone the same thing: The first person who gets the car that I want gets my business. There were some dealerships that made honest efforts but no one was like Paul. From the moment he began talking, I knew that it would be Paul who got me my car. He had confidence, contacts at Hyundai and he really wanted my business. I told Paul what I wanted and he said that he would get back to me. I knew that when Paul called me back and said that I had to pick a different interior color, we were finally getting our car. While all of the other dealerships stopped calling, Paul always answered my emails or called to keep me up-to-date. All of our interactions were on the telephone or by email; we never met and we never discussed a price. When we finally did meet it was like we had known each other forever. It was all very comfortable and relaxed. My husband, who had had no contact with Paul liked him immediately. We were offered a terrific deal and we purchased our car. I should probably mention that everyone else at Annapolis Hyundai was also very nice and accommodating. We were so impressed that even though we live in Baltimore we are going to bring our car to Annapolis Hyundai for servicing. We felt very welcome and at ease with everyone we met at Annapolis Hyundai and this counts for a lot. Paul has made it very clear that our relationship is ongoing; it doesn't just end with the sale of our car. Like everything else that Paul has said, it is the truth. More

Oil change ends with new vehicle going into limp mode Took 2018 sonata for oil change, up on leaving shop and returning to work check engine light can on. Took it back next day and technician stated that Took 2018 sonata for oil change, up on leaving shop and returning to work check engine light can on. Took it back next day and technician stated that code that put vehicle into limp mode, does not cover my year sonata, well the code came up! Didn't it. So they flashed the computer and sent me away. Next day code came up again and car again went into limp mode, so now I'm over 50 miles away, and feel its unsafe to drive hesistates on accelaration, wont go over 45 mph and has code that has something to do with "engine knock sensing". Car has 5100 miles on it. More
