Overall Great Experience I had a great experience buying a 2014 CPO Hyundai Tucson with Shawn Lagundo. He was courteous, fun, and helpful, all without being too pushy. He did I had a great experience buying a 2014 CPO Hyundai Tucson with Shawn Lagundo. He was courteous, fun, and helpful, all without being too pushy. He did a great job selling me the car without trying to talk down to me or be too aggressive which I found was happening at many of the other dealerships I had visited. The sales manager and business manager did join in on the negotiations and felt too pushy, although I'm sure that's just part of their job, so be prepared! Would definitely recommend Shawn, and I can't wait to work with their highly rated service department. More

Quoted a good price, but no one ever mentioned that the price required financing through Hyundai - very misleading and deceptive, and almost caused us to walk away. Also never showed us a car in the color we were interested in until our car arrived, and as a result we were a little disappointed. Everyone was friendly and seemed competent, and the paperwork was well-prepared and went smoothly. More
