I have had some horrific experiences with the service department in the last year trying to figure out what was going on with my car and no luck. The continued issues brought me back yet again — but thi department in the last year trying to figure out what was going on with my car and no luck. The continued issues brought me back yet again — but this time I worked with Kevin Adams who is new to Annapolis Hyundai. What a positive and welcomed change to the service department!! I can’t say enough. Kevin listened to everything that had been going on, and walked me step by step through what they were going to do to figure out the issues finally, and actually called and talked to me about what they thought was wrong!! Something that had never happened before!! Kevin is my go to service advisor and would highly recommend him to anyone else. Hiring him in the service department is one of the best decisions Annapolis Hyundai has made in a long time! More
