I appreciate Shawn tracking our request for a Tucson Hybrid - he stayed in communication for 7 months while we waited for one to arrive. The Annapolis dealership is ~40 mi away from our house. Our local Hybrid - he stayed in communication for 7 months while we waited for one to arrive. The Annapolis dealership is ~40 mi away from our house. Our localdealership (Alexandria) didn't do that and they are only 2 miles away. The environment of the dealership was peaceful, the staff were professional, and no high-pressure sales tactics were applied. I really, really wish this dealershp was by our home. And I will go back to them when in the market for another Hyundai. More

My car was there for 33 business days with minimal contact unless I called, did not receive a loaner car until I cried out of frustration over the phone, told me my car was ready came to pick it up an contact unless I called, did not receive a loaner car until I cried out of frustration over the phone, told me my car was ready came to pick it up and it could not make it up from the service department up to the front door because it was not ready. After 33 days left me with 8 miles in gas tank, no detailing onside which I understand is not standard but given how bad of service I received and vocalized this I would have thought they would have done that out of courtesy. Filed a claim when I first dropped my car off on January 19th and my claims manager that I had since January said the General Manager NEVER reached out during this entire duration after she reached out multiple times.
