Helen was my sales agent and very thorough. She arranged for me to try an Ascent and an Outback Onyx xt. A white Outback Wilderness became available long before the white Onyx xt would arrive. She switched for me to try an Ascent and an Outback Onyx xt. A white Outback Wilderness became available long before the white Onyx xt would arrive. She switched my deposit quickly to the Wilderness and three days later I have the Outback Wilderness. I am thrilled with the car and so are my 18 year old twins that just came back after driving it for 1/2 hour.. Helen was able to get the paperwork going in parallel with Bob in the business office and the actual closing on the car took less than an hour this morning. It took another 20 minutes to go over the new features in this car as there are many. I traded in a a 2015 Subaru Limited and received more than expected with 70,000 miles on this trade.
