Had 2 incident. First one, I placed a deposit on a outback that ended up getting sold to another customer and the dealer brought another one which had different opti First one, I placed a deposit on a outback that ended up getting sold to another customer and the dealer brought another one which had different options and was slightly lower value as I was meant with resilience from the sales person and internet manager claiming it’s the same vehicle. I understand it’s the same vehicle, but the options / added accessories set it apart. After couple attempts they did agree to add the accessories after I had to explain the difference. Second one, during the transition I made it known I wanted the window sticker which was placed in the glove box, upon leaving they owed me floor mats where the window sticker was removed from the glove box to give to parts person to see vin # as the window sticker was never returned as it ended up getting placed in the trash. I realize second one may not sound like a big deal, but the attention to detail really lacked and never once was an apology said. For future I will be having my service work done elsewhere (at another Subaru dealer) and due to the first one I was going to purchase other things, but felt due to incompetence I couldn’t give this dealer anymore business. More
