This negative part of the purchase was AFTER I thought the purchase decision was complete —you have to decide about 4 different, costly warranties and longer term service options. Bob, the sales manager handling this, was a nice person, but this discussion was NOT presented in a logical manner (cost per item not revealed until end of total pitch). This whole step was quite unwelcome and disrespectful. It felt sleazy—something Subaru thankfully avoids at other stages of the experience. Subarus are great cars. For me it would have been MUCH nicer if these extended benefits and services had been included in the purchase price. It would make the experience faultless and make the long term aspects of Subaru ownership even more attractive. More

Great Sales and Service Experience While I did not purchase my Subaru from Annapolis Subaru, they treat me as a long time client. I also assisted my sister with her gently owned Foreste While I did not purchase my Subaru from Annapolis Subaru, they treat me as a long time client. I also assisted my sister with her gently owned Forester, and the sales experience was great. Their check-in process for service is very streamlined, and they keep you up to date during the process.
