Delayed Service Appointment This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I ca This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I called on June 7, 2019 for an appointment. After asking could they get me in anytime next week, the earliest appointment I could get was June 25th. I came back from vacation 2.5 weeks later, June 25, 2019, with my odometer showing 8000+ miles and asked what had happened that I could not get service. I was told, "We were very busy at that time." When I bought the car, I was under the impression that service should be performed every 6000 miles. Perhaps I am wrong. Normally, I can get service in less than a week, so this appears to be an anomaly. More

Good experience at this dealership buying a new car! The sales people and even finance are not pushy about selling you cars or maintenance /warranty packages. Of course they let you know all the options but they are not pushy. The only downside I would say is that their inventory is not huge, so you might not be able to leave same day with the exact model and trim you want, but what place has that anyways. More
