Two of your staff had to put on the new tags in pouring rain while one held an umbrella. We left in the pouring rain. I realize that the salesman and other staff were very busy, but I had the feeling that once the sale was secured, I fell to the back of the line. More

Once we decided on a used or demo vehicle, Brianna kept in touch over the course of two weeks as we considered various candidates. She eventually found us a low mileage demo that was exactly what our daughter wanted. Overall, a very pleasant car-buying experience.
