Best dealer experience ever. Even though they were extremely busy when we got there, Ottie still made time for us and worked in tandem with Ryan to get the deal done. They had the car I wanted on their holding lot and brought it over to me where I was able to test drive it a couple times. Throughout the whole visit, Ottie would talk cars with me and shared his own experiences with his WRX, both positive and negative. I appreciated his honesty, and car guys just click anyway. Ryan was able to get me a great trade-in price on my truck, and also took off a healthy amount of money to get me where I wanted to be with payments. Once I got to the finance guy, Joe, we talked cars too as he has a STI. It was great connecting with him as well! He explained the finance paper work efficiently and it couldn’t have gone better. He even shared some pictures with me of past and current car builds that he was doing, which was really cool. At the end, the sales manager threw in an accessory to sweeten the deal. Really, it couldn’t have gone better unless the car was free honestly. I don’t have anything to complain about and I’m a happy with my new Subaru! Please, if you are within two hours of Annapolis, just go there for your new Subaru. More
