Airbag recall disaster My experience with Service has not been good. This time took me over a month to get appointment once I got recall notice for passenger airbag. Then when I got my car back the fan for air/heater does not work. Can’t get a human when you call service number. So decided to just take to Nick at Auto International to see if he can fiix. I always find the staff friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that some of them remember my husband and I in between visits - it's like visiting old friends. I really liked our new salesman Kevin Shipler, and it's always a pleasure to work with Joe Tyler. During our last visit, everyone in this dealership did their very best to explain car model and lease details to us, and patiently repeated information if we didn't get it the first time. My only small criticism is not of the dealership, but of the way Subaru presents information for its different models and trims for a particular car. The booklets, although always beautiful to look at, can be a little confusing in terms of the attributes of different models and the add-ons available. It can also be confusing to understand how the different add-ons impact the final price, even when they're explained by Subaru staff. That said, Subaru remains my car of choice for its wonderful safety features, and I'm sure I'll be a customer of Annapolis Subaru for years to come! Annapolis Subaru is by far the best car dealership I've ever worked with. More
