My Impreza has been able to check all of those boxes thus far and may be one of the best vehicles we ever purchased. As a result of the great experience I’ve had with my Impreza my wife decided to trade in her Toyota 4Runner and purchased a 2019 Ascent. We can honestly say that we are extremely excited to be part of the Subaru family and wanted to thank Annapolis Subaru for making our purchasing experience pleasant and most importantly memorable. Shockingly Respectful and Pleasant So, my wife wanted a particular vehicle. She knew the make, model, color, and options. I sent an internet inquiry to several dealerships. A couple of the respondents told me that the “had the vehicle I wanted, available for immediate delivery”. Bull! Wrong vehicle, trim line, color, options. Annapolis Subaru was respectful. Said they didn’t have the exact car. Said they could offer others from inventory, but if I wanted that exact car, they could order it. Good for them! They gave a competitive price and great service. Offered the pricy extras, but weren’t at all pushy. I’d buy from them again. Kudos to Heather and Susan! And I can’t remember his name, but I love the dog who hangs out in front. They get extra points for being dog lovers. More

Billy was unbelievably helpful in steering us in the right direction and finding a car I was both comfortable with and in love with. We worked with Jason for the remainder of the sale who was patient, thorough, and genuinely lovely to work with. He made us feel comfortable and accommodated all while displaying wonderful efficiency. Bob in finance made the last leg of the sale pleasant and painless. The website was easy to use, when I found what I wanted (or at the time thought I My experience with Annapolis Subaru was great from start to finish. The website was easy to use, when I found what I wanted (or at the time thought I wanted), the staff (Jason Kuffler) was able to get back to me in a short amount of time. He was able to give me all the information on the vehicle I was looking at PLUS other options in my price range that I hadn't considered. Because of this extra effort I was able to get something that I didn't think I would be able to get with more added features. When I went for my test drive, I was greeted at the door by a smiling Boston Terrier and soon after met by Jason. He walked me through the features on the car and was able to answer all of my questions before we went on our test drive. When I returned, the leasing process was quick and painless. Bob Carroll in the finance department walked me through all of the paperwork, making sure I understood everything that was put in front of me and that I was comfortable with everything I signed. I would recommend Annapolis Subaru highly and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

Organizations can always improve processes, I would say the finance piece on the internet it’s not capturing information and I had to provide my finance details 3 separate times. I wanted to not talk to anyone just provide my information electronically and come in to sign. But love the staff and facility and most of all my Subaru. More
