We travelled from Harrisburg, PA to visit this dealership! They had a great car selection and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the Subaru line. I first began my new car search on Oct 30 at Annapolis Subaru. I was met first by Alan Soon in the salesroom. Because I like to research everything, I visited other dealers in the area. I did not receive the same courteous, professional treatment that I received initially from Alan at the other dealers. Also, the appraisals for my car were thousands of dollars less than at Annapolis Subaru. I returned to Annapolis Subaru the next day to purchase a new car. The entire transaction was handled expeditiously and graciously by Alan and the entire Annapolis Subaru staff. More

I went into the dealership just to look at a few cars, and to check out pricing, etc. I enjoyed the fact that I could just look around without being harassed by salespeople. She is very knowledgeable about the product she is selling, and never tired of answering any question I had, (even if I had already asked it once). Melissa also took the time to work with me to find what I wanted, and NEVER tried to use "hard sell" tactics to force me to purchase a car. I did buy a car from Annapolis Subaru, and would recommend the dealership, and Melissa, to anyone who asks! More
