When my partner's Impreza sport had it's transmission die unexpectedly, it was a little bit of panic mode in the house - needing to get a new car 6 mo When my partner's Impreza sport had it's transmission die unexpectedly, it was a little bit of panic mode in the house - needing to get a new car 6 months earlier than expected really threw a wrench in the budget. We'd just test-drove the 'dream car' (the Ascent) the weekend before, and were prepared to return to the dealership resigned to the fact that things wouldn't work out, or to need to keep our guard up from being pressured in to a higher loan payment than was affordable. We we're delighted to find this was absolutely not the case, and that Annapolis Subaru was more than flexible with making something work within our budget, AND! with such a cool and casual approach to the entire process that it was actually pleasant and speedy. Kevin, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable on pointing out alll of the great features during our test drives, and quick to help with comparisons to other Subaru models. Once we shifted from looking to buying, he kept his no-pressure approach and really made the paperwork end of things super speedy. Bob in finances was equally easy to work with, and I cannot stress enough how little stress there was with both of them. Of course, bonus points to Kevin for standing outside in the freezing rain and holding an umbrella for us while we transferred some personal items in to the new car - that was really the icing on the cake. Big thanks to Kevin, Bob, and all of the Annapolis Subaru crew for helping us out of a potentially super sticky situation, and making the car-buying process such a breeze! More

Great no hassle, no pressure shopping I had a very positive experience with Annapolis Subaru. My only disappointment was in that I thought Heather, was actually going to be meeting with m I had a very positive experience with Annapolis Subaru. My only disappointment was in that I thought Heather, was actually going to be meeting with me and I thought she was “my” salesperson. She had been so helpful to me with her expeditious follow ups on email and phone. She was Awesome! I felt we had formed a relationship, and had no idea she’d be “turning me over” to Kevin, when I arrived. I feel you should inform prospects who they will be meeting with, so they’re not surprised! But to Kevin’s credit, he was great! He’s a good listener and was very thorough on explaining the features on the cars. He was low key, and no pressure and I enjoyed his company! He also understood my time constraints and was considerate of that. The dealership is beautiful, has a warm welcoming atmosphere, created by a great staff. Everyone was always friendly and professional on the phone as well. I am thrilled with my new Outback and can’t wait to drive it more! Beautiful car that I am very proud to own.
