The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They have a great selection of cars and were very happy to work with me as I decided between several models. I eventually decided to order (so that I could get a port installed trailer hitch) and they provided a very accurate delivery estimate. The finance department offered the typical additional warranties/etc. but again was not pushy. Additionally, no accessories were 'pre-installed' in an effort to guilt you into buying them. The final cost added up to exactly what I expected (and we had agreed upon at order). On the delivery day the car was cleaned up beautifully both inside and out. Overall the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I have not dealt with the service center yet, however from the employees I met and the clean and professional appearance of the shop, I expect the experience will be excellent as well. More
