B E S T P R I C I N G ! ! I recently purchased a new Legacy. I was not able to buy it from Annapolis as they did not have my interior preference in stock and I was in a hurry, I recently purchased a new Legacy. I was not able to buy it from Annapolis as they did not have my interior preference in stock and I was in a hurry, but I still wanted to highlight that Andy Kohn provided the best pricing in the area. I had contact with over a dozen dealers through the Internet and Andy's pricing was amazing. I did go to the Annapolis dealership in person and he was also a very nice and straightforward guy. I highly recommend a trip to Annapolis for your next Subaru purchase! From my experience I would also like to point out that there is no reason to use a pricing service like USAA. The pricing received through the pricing service was not any better than the prices emailed to me from dealers. More

Car buying without the hassle I wanted to downgrade to a smaller car/SUV but wanted all-wheel drive (AWD) and my search led me to Subaru. I had never really considered myself to be I wanted to downgrade to a smaller car/SUV but wanted all-wheel drive (AWD) and my search led me to Subaru. I had never really considered myself to be a "Subaru" person but I wanted to keep the price below $25K so my car payments would be more manageable. I walked into the dealership on a whim one fine Monday and was warmly greeted by Erica. I had no timeline for the purchase of the car so I really just wanted to test drive to see if the car was even worth considering. The car handles pretty well and Erica and I had a nice chat while she detailed some of the safety features and accessories I could get for the car if I decided to buy. She even went over some of the pros and cons for buying vs. leasing which was really helpful. I told her I needed some time to think things over and would let her know in about 48hours. I went back to the dealership a week later and during this time, Erica and I were corresponding via e-mail. She wasn't pushy as car salespeople tend to be and took the time to answer my numerous questions (i.e. What the heck are paddle shifters?) Anyway, I picked up the car about two weeks after my initial visit and the process (financing, warranties etc.), though a bit tiresome went relatively quickly. Added bonus: Erica gave me a lift to the dealership in her brand new Subaru! Don't you feel a little more confident when the dealer also drives the car he is trying to sell you? I did an extensive search in my area for a loaner that would go for a few bucks less. Technically new, but very slightly used...a graduation present for my son. I had a budget. I have a close friend who resides in Annapolis several days a week for work. He and his collegues have had many good experiences with the men and women at Annapolis Subaru. On his advice, I called last week, found the car I needed and got the best price I have seen anywhere. Anywhere. I left Montclair this morning at 4 am, arrived st 7:30 had breakfast at the double T diner down the street. I met Ed Rucker at 9:00 am. The deal was done in two hours; I made it home by 3:00 that afternoon. They also quoted me a ball park quote on my trade that was several thousands more than I was quoted here in New Jersey. It was the easiest most non traumatizing experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ever. I am pooped, I had a long day today. They were exceptional. I will share this with anyone who cares to listen. I would buy from them again and recomend them highly. Thanks for listening, ed. More

However, it is very difficult to understand why the service department (which face to me is "Jimmy") fails to consider the customer's time a priority. If they want a car picked up when it's ready and they know that the customer has to come a long way in a lot of traffic, why can't they commit (and scheduled their technicians) to a fixed time. If you know on Thursday that all is left is a drive to test something on Friday, then why is that test drive not yet done at 3:30 p.m.? It's a rant, I know, but this is really not excusable. More
Very Friendly and Professional Staff at Annapolis Subaru I initially visited Annapolis Subaru to look at and test drive the 2014 Subaru Outbacks. I had done some research on a few different vehicles and cam I initially visited Annapolis Subaru to look at and test drive the 2014 Subaru Outbacks. I had done some research on a few different vehicles and came to the conclusion that I wanted a Subaru Outback. I had owned my previous car for 10 years though, so I really had no clue what I was looking for in terms of the different features and models of the Outback. Erica and Billy were so helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I told them up front that I didn't want to pay extra for any features that were unnecessary, only features I would actually benefit from. They were very upfront and honest about everything. They were easy to talk to and understood my budgetary concerns. At no point did I ever feel like they were being too "salesy" with me. Through the entire process I felt as though they were tailoring the cars they showed me to everything I needed and wanted in a vehicle. In the end, I was very very happy with my purchase. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop in to Annapolis Subaru. More
