I called Michelle and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I flew into Maryland via Southwest from South Carolina. Michele has sold me 3 cars to date in the Annapolis showroom. Michele went out of her way by picking me up at the airport BWI and we went back to the showroom and finalized the deal. This dealership is like home to me and the team is friendly courteous and patient with me as I ask many questions. The team at Annapolis Subaru is the best dealership on the east coast and the reason why I would leave my new home of South Carolina and travel back to Annapolis. Experience was great with the exception of having to wait 2.5 hours to sign all paperwork. The signing itself was not time consuming.
