I made an appointment for a test drive in early September. They had the car ready to go when we arrived. Ottie took some time to walk us thru the features on the Ascent and then sent us out for o September. They had the car ready to go when we arrived. Ottie took some time to walk us thru the features on the Ascent and then sent us out for our test drive. When we came back, he was able to answer our questions and we ended up ordering a 2022 a few days later over the phone. His estimate of the arrival of the car was spot on. We picked it up yesterday. Otttie walked us thru all of the controls and operation of the systems, set up our phones and answered our questions. Paperwork took all of ten minutes since it was a cash deal with no trade-in. Quickest handling of the paperwork of a new car ever. Highly recommended. More
